First things first... who are we?

 

We are the UQ YOGA & MEDITATION CLUB--a UQ student club dedicated to positivity, mindfulness, wellness and making the most of your university life.

 

Our community is diverse and attracts people from all walks of life, backgrounds, and origin. We embrace all human beings from all cultures and traditions. We believe in the principle of "harmony in diversity".​

So... what do we do?

 

We run weekly yoga & meditation sessions at UQ St Lucia campus. We offer unlimited yoga and meditation sessions for all members at only $5 per semester, which is also our UQYMC membership fee.

We have highly experienced and well-trained yoga teachers who generously volunteer their time to share their vast knowledge of the art of yoga and meditation with all of our members. They are very approachable, friendly and love sharing wonderful moments with our lovely community. Find out more about our teachers and the types of yoga being taught!

Besides our weekly yoga & meditation sessions, UQYMC also conducts a wide variety of free events for its members!
